Corporate Summer Intern – Miami
Subway has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Intern based in Miami, FL. This is an 8-week, paid summer internship working 40 hours per week, designed to provide meaningful, hands-on experience in a corporate business environment. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and gain exposure to cross-functional teams supporting one of the world's most recognized brands.
This internship is built for a motivated rising senior, or a student who has completed the required 75+ credit hours, who is eager to learn, contribute, and build practical business skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Support day-to-day projects and business initiatives within an assigned corporate function. Assist with research, analysis, reporting, presentations, and project coordination.
- Partner with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to help move key priorities forward.
- Gather, organize, and summarize data or business information to support decision-making.
- Prepare materials such as presentations, meeting notes, project updates, communications, and process documentation.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internship program activities.
- Assist with tracking project timelines, action items, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, or communication within assigned projects.
- Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset to assigned work.
- Complete additional administrative or project-based tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled or a recent graduate of a four-year college or university
- Overall cumulative minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required
- Undergraduate students must have completed a minimum of 75 credit hours by the start of the internship; rising seniors preferred.
- Must upload a current transcript as part of the application process.
- Must be willing and able to work on-site throughout the duration of the internship
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Self-motivated, proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a professional environment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the food, restaurant, franchise, retail, or consumer brand industry preferred.
