About the Role:
Business Analyst provides support to the SUBS Team related to all required analysis and deliverables such as, requirements gathering, product backlog grooming, project deliverable planning and documentation maintenance.The Program Analyst partners with the appropriate business stakeholders and the SUBS Team Program Manager to prioritize and ensure delivery of SUBS roadmap.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Gathers business requirements from stakeholders to further define the goals and objectives for SUBS Application and API related workstreams. Lead and facilitate meetings to gather business requirements and/or solutions.
- Continually refine SUBS related documentation to ensure that it is current based on modifications to the production environment. Responsible for obtaining, documenting and validating both current and future state business process flows for SUBS related business processes.
- Participate in daily standups and sprint planning with on site and offshore team
- Liaise with Program Manager and business to to actively build and groom product backlog
- Participate in deployments by monitoring and validating success
- Assist in project and release planning by collaborating with SUBS team, Testing Services and other dependent teams
